Please transfer the full amount four weeks before your arrival at the latest. We ask for an earlier payment of the deposit in case we receive another inquiry that would conflict with yours. In case you cancel your reservation later and we’re unable to rent out the Pfadfinderburg again, we’ll keep the deposit.

We’ll repay the deposit within two weeks of your departure if you leave the Pfadfinderburg clean and tidy and returned all the keys.

If you bring more or less people than anticipated, we can offset that against the repayment of the deposit.
